ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Health Coach. Arts Institute Associate degree in Audio Production.

Early struggles with health and energy led me to study fitness and nutrition. Mixing my background of music production and later ISSA certification as a personal trainer and nutrition coach; I created programs for enhanced energy and music based fitness routines.

Finding inspiration from natures elements of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water, I created a system that organizes the important features of health into these categories for daily reflection and rejuvenation.

My end game is to help repair peoples energy, and give them the tools to "stay fit".
